STUN-DAZE rock band, submitted by Duaine Detrick, formerly of Moxham

Stun * Daze was a Johnstown area band and consisted of these members in the photo from left to right Duaine Detrick - Bass Guitar & Vocals (from Moxham), George Martinec - Drums & Vocals (from Morrellville in Johnstown's West End), and Dave Meiklejohn - Guitar & Vocals (from Moxham).  This photo was taken on August 23, 1975 at the Forest Park Club, a very popular private club, near Johnstown along the Frankstown Road in the Daisytown section of Conemaugh Twp., Cambria County.  The band did very well in the mid 70's and performed at all the main venues in the region.  The band was formed from the band called Talisman.  After Stun*Daze, the band members all went on to other bands.  Duaine was in Lickety Split, Vice, The Alternative, Axis, and several others.  Dave was in Halfway There and other bands.  Duaine and Dave now perform with the successful regional band, The Conniptions.
